Junior Designer
崗位職責：
Responsibilities:
能夠通過創新思維解決技術與設計問題。
Solve technical and design problems through innovative thinking.
具備較強的設計與圖面表達能力。
Strong design and representation skills.
根據項目需要制作、更新并優化圖紙與模型。
Create, update, and optimize drawings and models as required by the project.
工作有條理，具備時間管理能力，能在壓力下完成任務。
Work in an organized manner, demonstrate strong time management skills, and complete tasks under pressure.
對工作有高度主動性，能積極響應團隊需求。
Be highly proactive and responsive to team needs.
具備良好的人際溝通能力和團隊協作意識。
Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
樂于接受新方法，適應迭代式工作流程。
Be open to new methods and adapt to iterative workflows.

我們希望你具備以下條件：
The Ideal Candidate:
建筑學本科及以上學歷。
A professional degree in architecture.
至少 1–3 年建筑設計相關工作經驗。
1–3 years of professional architectural experience.
中英文聽說讀寫良好，能適應國際團隊與雙語項目環境。
Proficiency in Chinese and English, both spoken and written; able to thrive in an international team environment and bilingual project delivery.
熟練掌握 AutoCAD、Rhino、Adobe Suite；優先考慮 Grasshopper、D5 及 Revit 技術熟練的設計師。
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Suite; Grasshopper, D5, and Revit skills are a plus.
了解建筑材料、設計規范、審批流程及施工工藝，并具有進階學習的意愿。
Familiarity with building materials, codes, approval processes, and construction techniques, with enthusiasm to learn.
工作高效、思維清晰，具備良好的時間管理與任務統籌能力。
Highly efficient, clear-thinking, with strong time management and task coordination skills.
注重細節，追求表達清晰準確，具備較高標準。
Attention to detail, commitment to clear and accurate communication, and a high standard of work.
工作主動，富有責任感，具備良好團隊合作精神與開放心態。
Proactive, responsible, with strong teamwork skills and an open mindset.
有項目全程經驗者優先。
Full scope project delivery experience is a plus.
有國際建筑事務所背景或跨國合作經驗者優先。
Candidates with experience at international architecture firms or in multi-national collaborations are preferred.
