The Shanghai studio is currently hiring a Design Technology Specialist and warmly invites talented professionals to join our international team.
崗位職責 Qualifications
建筑學(xué)或相關(guān)設(shè)計專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related design field
3–5年建筑設(shè)計及 BIM 相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗
3–5 years of experience in architectural design and BIM production
熟練掌握 AutoCAD、Revit、Navisworks、3ds Max、SketchUp、Rhino 等設(shè)計及 BIM 軟件，并具備 Adobe 或 Affinity 創(chuàng)意軟件的應(yīng)用能力
Proficient in BIM and design software including AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Rhino; working knowledge of Adobe or Affinity Creative Suites
具備扎實的 BIM 工作流程理解，包括模型協(xié)調(diào)、碰撞檢測及圖紙交付標準
Solid understanding of BIM workflows, including model coordination, clash detection, and documentation standards
能夠為項目團隊提供 BIM 技術(shù)支持，包括模型管理、問題排查及質(zhì)量控制
Experience supporting project teams in BIM delivery, including troubleshooting, model management, and quality control
具備良好的跨專業(yè)協(xié)同能力及溝通能力
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
中英文口語及書面表達流利
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
具有國際項目經(jīng)驗或國際設(shè)計事務(wù)所工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
Experience working on international projects or within international design environments is preferred
